Horrible guest service homeless people strolling in

The rooms are old, dirty carpet and there was a peanut on the floor under the table when I checked and and it was still there when I checked. The housekeeper never vacuumed or looked under the table. The hotel smelled like a back up toilet. Not sure if that is good for guest and employees lungs. Just need an over haul. I’m so surprised bc Hilton Gardens is usually nice and clean.

Staff was friendly and helpful checking in and out was super easy the pool was perfect and our room was clean definitely recommend and we will be returning again

Need new pillows but other than that would have been a great stay

Bath tub was not clean. Was missing a trash can. Only had 2 towels when I had a room that accommodated 4 people.

The hotel is beautiful and was very clean. staff was very friendly and accommodating

Really enjoyed my stay ! The bed was so comfy , property was very clean and close to all major attractions. My only complaint is the $60 a day valet and all they have is valet parking . It’s understandable with it being downtown but still very pricey .

The front desk staff was very kind, pool was amazing and room was clean and up to date. There were a bunch of cute little restaurants within walking distance and even the one in the hotel had a great happy hour!

My husband and I stayed here and had a wonderful experience will definitely be back.

Room needs an update.

Great property nestled between in Historic Downtown Dallas. Suites are big and have mini fridge, microwave, and Keurig coffee maker. Front desk is always helpful. David is an all star and makes check in a breeze.

The property was in a good area. Parking was a little bit difficult.
