Friendly staff and great amenities.

Clean in heart of downtown. Parking was incredibly expensive so we parked in garage next door. Was still costly but not 60$ a day. Food at hotel was ok. There are lots of options around.

Great hotel with amazing staff !!!

After an emergency set back our trip arrival 24 hours, the front desk went above and beyond to make sure our reservation stayed intact. They handled the situation with so much care. The room was fantastic. Team was fantastic. Location was great, with lots of food and entertainment in a walkable area. Yes, there were some characters outside but I have no question where to book my next trip to dallas

The hotel is older so you can see some wear and tear. I spent most of my time out and about. When I wanted to make coffee a roach came out of the machine.

Very close to Akard DART station which the Orange line takes you right at DFW airport for $3.

The A/C wasn't working on a hot night in the room. The team should have offered a solution or amenity in return - a discount on the room, an alternative room, a voucher for the future...anything. Very unhappy with the sub-par accommodation and the lack of a solution from the team.

Attending a musical event in Downtown Dallas. Perfect location and hotel personnel were outstanding!!!

I liked the convenience to our concert but was disappointed at the bar/restaurant staff. They could not be bothered. Check in staff was great. This spot is a little odd because part of building is permanet resident's so itkind of doesnt feel like a true hotel
