I highly recommend this hotel, truly strategic location, right next to a shopping mall. The price is affordable, and the staff named Razak is very friendly. Overall, 10 stars for this hotel! ⭐

Good location, friendly staff (Mr. Maran) for providing the good room. Don't expect an exclusive hotel; this is a refurbished hotel, however, the room is adequate with a bed, study table and chair, stand toilet, and LCD TV and centralized air-conditioning. Parking is quite narrow & limited; however, there are lifts on each floor straight to the room, just the lift is a bit slow, especially during checkout. Location-wise okay, however, at night or early morning, there might be the sound of motorbikes surrounding the area. The water shower is quite slow in the morning; however, towels were provided. Overall, an okay basic hotel.

This hotel is the worst in my entire life. The pillows are yellowing 🤮. There are no towels and tissues and I have to go down to the receptionist to ask. There is no hot water even though there is packaged coffee. I asked the receptionist but they said there is none. There is a bottle of soap in the bathroom but it is empty. There is a TV but the remote battery is dead 🫨. There is a hair dryer but it is dead.....

The hotel is located inside a mall. It can be a bit intimidating if you're walking alone at night, as the elevator is located in a corner. However, the hotel's location is quite strategic, close to Sogo Mall.

Rooms are full of cockroaches, the shower is broken. Other than that, it's good.

1. The registration counter is manned by foreigners, not customer friendly. No Malaysians. 2. The room is not clean, there are cockroaches walking around. 3. The parking fee is too high.

I always choose to rent a hotel near here near Sogo and shops on Jalan TAR.

The best is amazing, even though the breakfast is simple, the food is nice and delicious.

1) A LOT OF COCKROACHES RUNNING AROUND THE ROOM AND HAD TO ORDER COCKROACH SPRAY FROM PANDA 2) BUYING FOOD COCKROACHES ALSO GET INTO THE FOOD AND HAD TO THROW IT AWAY BECAUSE I CANNOT EAT 3) DIRTY BATHROOM 4) PLEASE EXTERMINATION COCKROACHES IN ALL ROOMS FOR THE CONVENIENCE OF CUSTOMERS

The hotel is okay and comfortable and close to the mall...the food is also delicious...the prices are reasonable
