It was a large room allowing for freedom of movement We wanted to do laundry but they did not have soap available

The overnight checkin agent and shuttle driver were great! Very easy and efficient check in and check out process and extremely friendly service.

Airport Shuttle was easy to find

The hotel was fine. Breakfast was okay. But the WiFi was terrible. Non-existent really. For an airport hotel, where are a lot of travels coming in without a local SIM card, this is a big detractor.

Breakfast could use a little work. But overall... still good

We arrived on our journey from Edmonton to Vancouver, breaking up the drive with a stay in Calgary. We had a king suite which was nice in its set up, but we soon discovered there was no hot water (for evening showers for some and this was confirmed with morning showers for others). We requested a stay for four guests and were given a difficult time about getting a set of pillows for the pull-out couch (they didn’t even know if they could find any). Thankfully they did. Our credit card didn’t work for the deposit, which made us panic and call our CC company about fraud and they assured us there was none, but meanwhile we had to leave a cash deposit via debit that was triple the credit card deposit. To top this all off, when we unfolded the couch-bed, multiple pills fell out of the mattress on to the floor, we disposed of the (but also took photos) and were needless to say unsettled fo the night. The cold shower in the morning did not help moods.

Have stayed before and will again. Very convenient.
