Said they had free WiFi but it was so bad couldn’t stay connected for longer than a few seconds. Had a nice TV but such a poor cable plan that the picture quality was awful

Room was very nice, very spacious. Enjoyed the balcony overlooking the water. Location is great. Right next to Uncle Sam’s boat tours to take a shuttle to Boldt Castle.

It was an enjoyable stay, room was clean and met all our expectations.

We LOVED our stay. Wish it had been longer. Beds and bedding were great. The bathroom needed some TLC. Our view was great a perfect location.

Perfect Spot for Exploring the 1000 Islands This hotel is a hidden gem—ideal for visiting Boldt Castle and discovering the beauty of the 1000 Islands. It's conveniently located near the boat shuttle, and our room had an amazing view. Everything was clean and comfortable, and the friendly hotel operators were happy to answer our questions about the area. We really enjoyed our stay!

The only thing i was dissatisfied w , was we were put into the HANDICAP room ..like we were a last minute reservation..I booked in April..the shower was AWFUL..and there was no microwave in room.we paid iver $400 for 2 nights so that was disappointing..i was supposed to have bigger room

We had just one night in Alexandria Bay, and this property was perfect! Great water view and so easy to walk everywhere.

Beautiful rooms, friendly staff. So convenient to the shops and Uncle Sam’s boat tours. I love having a balcony over the water.

Check in easy and friendly. Received text saying we could check in early. 24 hour desk staff. Very convenient location. Nice balcony/deck but swarming with river flies on the lower river side. Room was clean but housekeeping was just ok during our stay. They did mop the floors each day but forgot a few things. Overall, we would stay here again as the price was hard to beat for mid-June.
