Great view. Nice quiet facility for relaxing.

Good food , spacious but smelly room, corroded balcony, worn carpet.

A bit sad run down feeling

Old hotel with alot of potential. Quiet location. Room they initially gave us was insect infested but they changed us to a better room. No wifi in the rooms.

The hotel is right by the seaside and offer a good sunrise view in good weather. It is a bit old and needs renovation though. We were impressed by the staff who greeted us at the entrance. He was sincere and converse with us in English.

The hotel is poorly maintained. The room size is okay but the bathroom is small. The carpet is extremely dirty. Will not stay there again.

We got a Japanese tatami room with an ocean view. Extremely spacious and clean. Dinner was kaiseki style whilst breakfast was buffet style. Staff was friendly and extremely helpful. Minimal English spoken but provided English information in written form which was sufficient.

部屋にWi-Fiが無い

施設が古いのは承知の上の宿泊でしたが、思った以上でした。 フロント、レストラン、砂風呂など、スタッフは、どの方も丁寧に対応していただきました。 しかし、食事の時の段取りの悪さは辟易。 飲酒をしない宿泊客は、当然食事のテンポは、早いもの。 「ご飯をください」と、何度言ってもなかなか出てこない。 やっと、出てきて食事を終えているのになかなかデザートが出てこない。 　折角の旅の楽しみの夕食の時間がかなり残念なものになってしまいました。

食事のご飯の米が自宅と比較しても残念です。刺し身もスーパ-ですか？非常に残念です。

施設は古いですが、清掃は行き届いていました。 スタッフの方の対応はとても親切でした。

フロントの対応が気持ちのいい対応でした

研修中のバッジをつけた女性スタッフが感じ良く迎えてくれましたが、フロントにいた男性が無愛想でした。

施設全体が古く、汚れや痛みがひどい 経年による汚れや痛みだが、全体的に清掃が行き届いているとは言い切れない部分もあり残念。 ただし対人接客は熟れていないが丁寧で不快感はありません。 どこか昭和時代の修学旅行を思い出させるようなノスタルジックな雰囲気を味わえるホテルでした。

フロワーのスタッフはとても良かったのですが、砂風呂の男性スタッフが、業務的でハイ、次って感じで、楽しみも半減でした。

温泉♨️は、とても良いお湯でした。 遅い時間のチェックインで、砂風呂にはいれなく残念でした。 今回は、満室でシティビューのお部屋の予約をしてしまいましたが 海が一望の最高のポディションのホテルですので、オーシャンビューのお部屋をおすすめします。

ご飯が美味しくない。 風呂も汚い。 ホームページの画像とはほど遠い内装でした。
