For the low price, we got a large room with a balcony. We also got free breakfast, although the food wasn't very varied. The staff was friendly and helpful in connecting us with the bus operator. Overall, we were satisfied.

The hotel is located relatively close to Sun Plaza and the city center, but the road is quite steep and requires a shortcut using stairs. However, the staff and the hotel are very nice. Breakfast isn't very varied but sufficient.

The best place to stay in Sapa. Friendly and helpful staff, especially Pho and Mia who helped us much, delicious food. It is located near the city centre, there are some halal restaurants near the hotel. It also has a praying room that you can use after you check out.

disappointing stay at this hotel. We booked a mountain view room but were given a city view room instead. Despite informing the staff, we weren't moved to the correct room until our departure, and even then, we asked for compensation because mountain view was more expensive than city view, but no compensation was offered. We were also charged extra for early check-in, despite having paid 60% of the room price upfront for early checkin. The food was subpar, with limited options and unappetizing taste. Overall, not a great experience

The service exceeded expectations, helping me get a bus ticket from Sapa to Hanoi. The room was spacious and adequate for a good night's rest. What a wonderful experience in Sapa.
