The location is very strategic in the city center, close to 7-Eleven so it's easy to find breakfast and snacks, easy to find transportation from the hotel point, there are tuktuks, taxis, etc. The room is always cleaned. Hot water is available. Only tea/coffee is not available in the room. The staff is very friendly and very helpful. Overall, it's good.

Booked with breakfast for 3 nights. The location is perfect, walking distance to Grand Palace, Khao San Road, and some attractive places. The bedroom looks old, but the bathroom looks just renovated with a bathtub in all rooms. Good Wi-Fi connection. Please be mindful of breakfast, which the variety is limited and tends to have the same thing every day. Easy check-in and out with a deposit of THB 500, don't lose the receipt.
