dirty area outside the hotel

came to see the beach, it was ok but surrounding very dirty

The property layout was nice, and generally most things were good. However, my and my friend's rooms both reeked of mold. Any cloth items I had out in that room smelled of mold days later

Be aware that it is right next to a street of clubs and the music is loud enough to vibrate your room all night (including weekdays). The rooms themselves are nice. The rooms do not actually have a view of the ocean.

The property was extremely noisy to the point where the rooms were vibrating from the noises of the clubs. Sketchy looking area as well.

No parking near hotel . No room for driver.. parking area dirty.. hard for driver to sleep even in cat

The property was lovley the beds were so comfy and the breakfast was plentyful, Heaven. However the downstairs propery was being refurbished and the noise was terrible, all day. Then the noise really started. We expected the shacks to have music on which was fine as it stopped around 11pm but what was really bad was the booming noise from the outdoor nightclubs around 75 yards away which didn't stop until 3am. You couldn't hear the T.V and was still noisy with earplugs. We booked in for 4 nights and checked out after 3 which was a very expensive mistake as it was paid in full. If you value your sleep and sanity and want some peace an quiet, i would seriously think twice about this place which is a shame because it is a nice place

Convenient and close to the beach

We were expecting laundry facilities as it was listed on the site but was disappointed to find they did not have any. The gym was very basic and the pool was dirty. The club music from the nearby street can be heard from the rooms at night when sleeping. We were recommended a water sports company through the staff which severely under delivered and only provided half of what was listed if that - do not fall for these as they are essentially scams. We did like that the staff were accommodating to any requests.

The lighting in the room is terrible. The bathroom has glass windows and the main door has glass panel too. The light comes through these making it difficult to sleep. There are no blinds or any other mean to stop the light. Room was smelling of mould and dampness. Staff was good and ver helpful but the property needs a serious upgrade

We loved our stay. Although its proximity to titos nd mmbos makes it a bit noisy for families. But over ll it was brilliant. Gopal was an excellent staffember and made our stay very comfortable

It was a good stay. Location amazing, happening street, right across the baga beach. The cleanliness needs to be better and the wifi is an issue.

No hot water , mattresses are not comfortable, loud music all night .

Service is bad I request to do for early check in but they don’t give me and from Expedia I book another hotel and I request for early check in they give me and we request for late check out they didn’t give the time

Just steps away from Baga beach, and the most happening night life. the resort is very pretty and very well maintained. I was surprised to find this place at such low price.

I didn't get to stay because the Baga beach resort cancelled my reservation. After both travelling from 9pm 28/12 from London Heathrow to finally arriving at the hotel 29/12 at 18:30 were both shattered and was tasked with having to source another hotel. An email was sent to me on 26/12 informing me that my reservation would be cancelled in 24hrs if full payment wasn't received but this email found it's way into my junk folder, l was told l was also called but didn't receive any call. The reason full payment was required was because the hotels PDQ machine wasn't working so wanted me to do a bank transfer to secure the reservation which l stressed at the time wasn't my fault, the booking policy stated payment on arrival and if one doesn't show full payment is taken from the card (PDQ machine was operational on arrival) this is standard booking through most hotel's/booking sites. This has been a very stressful time for both of us bringing my partner to tears on arrival to be told we had no reservation, that said they did ring around to source another hotel but this was only after persistence by us that they should do so.

Amazing experience staying at Baga Beach Resort. Superb Atmosphere. Be it the location, view, amenities, room decor, staff, food quality, I give a BIG Thumbs Up!! Highly recommend.
