Very strategic location, close to everywhere, including the MTR station, lots of food like McDonald's, Jollibee, close to 2 7-Eleven, there is also a bakehouse nearby, Cheung Hing Kee, lots of things, nice place, the reception staff are a bit rude but many are also friendly.

Location is close to the metro and very busy

Although the room is quite small in terms of space, the location is very strategic and the service is very satisfying. The staff is very responsive and very helpful when I as a customer need help.

The staff is friendly, the room is clean, the design is beautiful, the bathroom is clean. When I travel, I want to go back to the hotel and sleep ^^

Walking distance anywhere in Tsim sa Tsui. Morning walk to the avenue of the stars is cool.

Good Hotel big room with Nicelly living room, Good greeting from bald man on receptionist. Nice greeting and smilling from public area cleaner the black glasess one, nice pravo hotel team except the coffe machine didn't work at 913 rooms.

What's unpleasant is the dim, dark lights.

The hotel is located in the city center, close to many places, easy to travel, beautiful and modern. The usable space in the room is appropriate for the price, well-proportioned, has complete facilities, and the wifi works well.

Very strategic location near MTR, culinary and shopping centers/malls.

It's not very good, the rooms are very small, the toilet doesn't have a jet shower for washing this is very, very torturous, the receptionist can't speak English, the hotel doesn't seem to be well maintained.

2-3 Weeks for the hold on the credit card to be released. Appreciate the early check in but the baggage, charge of $50 per hour is too much.

The room is ok, not bad. I'm very confused. I just met a hotel that charges a luggage deposit of $50 per hour. This hotel can only be deposited until 3 p.m. After that, the deposit fee of 50 per hour is amazing.

Location is great, easy to go anywhere. Jusy walking distance from harbour city and avenue if stars. Room consider big for HK and hotel price range.

Location-wise is perfect. The room is very clean and the hotel staff are just very helpful. It has been my second time staying here and it has been always perfect!
