I had a great stay here. I will be returning

Loved the heated pool. The breackfast was also very delicious. Kind of wanted to have a bit of everything. We also played shuffle board downstairs. It was all good fun. I would stay here again in a heartbeat

It has chargers for electric cars. The room was nice.

On the plus side. Breakfast was superb. Negative: The springs in the beds are probably 10 times or more past their lifespan. Feels like you're gonna roll out of bed any second and way to soft. No working ventilation what so ever. So, bathroom will not ever dry up. I guess that’s why the cleaning staff uses detergent Health hazard. Reception staff (one of them) completely clueless on pretty much any thing related to tourism or driving a car in the area.

We stayed one night before catching the ferry on Geirangerfjord. Great room and nice meal at the hotel restaurant. The staff were very nice.

The room was too small for 3 people. There wasnt any fridge in the room which was really disappointing. Our window view was towards the parking which was not pleasant. Staff was helpful and pool and breakfast was good, but otherwise would not recommend.

Town of Stranda nothing much to do here, hotel is under renovation but fully open. Yuhan at the front counter was help full. Very good breakfast and parking on site.

We had a very unpleasant stay at Dreges Hotell. We were surprised to see upon arrival that nearly 70% of the hotel’s exterior walls were under repair. There was no mention of that during the booking process. The exterior wall of our room was completely covered with scaffolding, blocking the view from the window. There was noise in the room from people working when we checked in at 3:45 pm. They started working at 8:15 am the next morning (hammering and electric saw cutting directly on the building’s exterior walls). We had planned to sleep late before a 6-hour drive back to Bergen that day. And as if the stay was not already a nightmare, a maid made a room mistake, entered our room abruptly at 8:00 am, slammed the door, and woke us up. It looks like a big renovation work. We were there on June 26, 2025, and it seems like it will be ongoing all summer long. Be aware if you plan to book this hotel during summer 2025.

Bathroom had issues re drainage, some plates not clean at breakfast. Except remarkes, very good service and willingness to help.

I had a great stay! But the beds was 70wide and being pushed aside and I’m tall and move, for sure when there was no air condition at all either. But people that work there like Lisa that goes above and beyond in service you enjoy your stay. Very cozy, clean hotel with hell of a breakfast.

Hadde et fint opphold og vi var fornøyde med rommet. Morsomt å kunne åpne døra med en nøkkelapp ☺️ Frokosten kunne vært mer spennende, men den var god. Her må du bestille maten din. Stranda er ikke så stort, men kan by på en fantastisk natur.

Ok hotel and helpful staff. A bit slow check-in because the one staff was left alone doing all functions, including renting of gear, the bar, hitel reception etc.

Hotellet var finere på innsiden enn utsiden, men litt slitt. Ble litt laber stemning da vi i ved utsjekk måtte betale 375kr ekstra for en ekstraseng i en natt (flere puter manglet putetrekk) og i tillegg forsinket da bassenget var dobbeltbooking. Det toppet seg med kommentaren fra hotellet om at og ferierer i Norge er dyrt.
