Clean throughout The breakfast prices at SEK 195 is too expensive for what is provided. Rooms don't get warm enough. Too many dents around doors. Annoying, repetitive sounds at night and avoid rooms with windows against the street.

The room was far too hot and no way to control! Otherwise it would have been 5 star

we stayed two nights and they didn't inform me that they don't clean the rooms unless you ask, damn annoying

So close to transport links and the centre of the city, with supermarkets and restaurants close by. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

Good location and comfortable

My stay was good, I liked the staffs and how quiet the surroundings are. However the only thing I didn’t quite like my room was the Tv and the fact there was no telephone in the room. Thankfully nothing emergency happened but in certain scenarios whereby could’ve possibly happpeend was thinking what would happened if I needed to call and there was no telephone I was told by one receptionist it was removed from all the rooms due to some electronic problems that was what I was told. Aside this the stag was very nice , check in was very smooth, same as checkout as well.

Beautiful & comfortable room. Kind staff. Located right beside a train station, train journey to Mall of Scandinavia takes only 3 minutes!

Nice hotel but the area is not the greatest. Not dangerous but very ethnic.

Fint hotel med en god størrelse på værelserne. Hotellet ligger centralt og i kort gåafstand fra færge og centrum. Desværre ret lydt mellem værelserne, hvilken påvirkede søvnen den ene nat. Vi var også en anelse skuffede over udbuddet til morgenmaden. Maden smagte dog rigtigt fint.
