The access is very good. The staff are friendly. The afternoon tea is a bit boring, but the breakfast is delicious. The room facilities are old, but they are clean and tidy. They even have a washlet. The shared spaces, such as the pool and gym, are also nice. This hotel is great value for money.

The hotel is right in the city center, near the pedestrian street, there are many convenient malls, restaurants and supermarkets around. The rooms are nice and clean, the breakfast buffet is delicious and varied, and there is also free afternoon tea. Vc stayed for 4 nights and was very satisfied, will continue to come back!

Unhappy experience with the hotel - Receptionist attitude is not welcoming, does not support customers. - Waiting for breakfast for too long, 1 meal but heard 10 times sorry. - There is no car parking. Parking in front of the hotel is allowed, but the reception does not guide, just says "I am not responsible".

Room is neat, decorated and colors are cute, swimming pool is small and pretty. Breakfast is not much food but it is okay. Only one minus point is that the lobby is too hot, I don't know whether to cut costs and turn off the air-conditioner, the furniture is no longer as new as in the picture.

The room has a pleasant smell, not like the typical "hotel" smell, which is what I like. The location is great, right in the center. The room is very well decorated, peaceful, comfortable and pleasant, the view is also good. The food is a bit limited.
