Overall a great property. Water pressure was extremely low on the 5th floor and bathroom had no functioning exhaust. Very clean and quiet.

Everything was fine. Outside by building needs picked up but hard time of year to keep clean

The front desk clerk asked for my ID, handed me the keys and said to enjoy my stay. That’s it. I’m a Silver Hilton Honors member and apparently Expedia doesn’t transfer over that information so we didn’t get welcomed or free water or anything. No info on breakfast or coffee. I could have asked; but what kind of welcome is that?! We ended up leaving after two hours due to the storm and there was no one at the desk when we left so I deposited the keys in the container.

Overall, enjoyable stay at the Hampton Inn & Suites. Yuliza at the front desk was amazing as she worked with our two rooms to get them close to each other and all worked out well. However, a front desk staff member in the afternoon wasn't as accommodating, didn't get his name, but was very difficult to work with.

The south outside has a lot of trash here and there on the ground. Some of it probably is not from yall's hotel could be from the other hotel also

The hot tub was HOT but the jets did not work or the bubbles. The parking was convenient however the lot was not plowed and was difficult to see the lines and areas to park along the side of the building. Everything else was perfect!!!

A beautiful place. They seem to have thought of everything when planning the room. Plenty of outlets, seating and bathroom is laid out nicely.

The telephone in our room did not work. There was an intoxicated man vomiting all over himself in the hallway. There were no towels at the pool. The shower also looked dirty.
