Very friendly and helpful staff

Convent tram into town

Excelente

The hotel was very easy to get to and close to the city center. Parking was very convenient. The room was very pleasant and clean.

Great location and a very modern Campanile hotel. Tram outside was free to use at the weekend and goes straight into the historic centre

Dirty, peanuts and dust on the floor, broken window did not lock kept opening, tiny pillows, usb charging sockets did not work. Very basic breakfast. Nothing around the hotel. Huge traffic jam every morning and evening right in front of hotel leaving tram the only reasonable option to get to town.

Clean. Excellent breakfast. But far from main center of town but there is a tram right outside the door.

The hotel is new . Everything was new . Very clean. Staff were very good & helpful. The only downside was the menu . The food was good but I did not want a burger . I was look forward to some French food . Breakfast was excellent. I would stay there again but go to a restaurant to eat .

This was my first stay at a Campanile hotel and it was a good experience. The particular unit I stayed in was compact, but well laid out, and very functional for what I needed. The hotel seems to be quite new and is in very good condition. The room was very clean and the staff welcoming when I arrived. There was a terrace available on the main floor which I found useful. I Have since stayed at another Campanile and I was also content with that hotel as well.

Justine He’s a wonderful host. She make sure everything is OK and we are comfortably settled. I am once again want to thank her for everything she’s done to me. Best , L Ribaud

Quick check in, super friendly staff and proactive

Four of us went to watch rugby.The Hotel is literally across the road from the stadium. Rooms were very clean and quite spacious with twin beds. The breakfast was fresh and on a help yourself basis and good value. Staff were very helpful and friendly. We used the underground car park provided by the hotel for Euro 8 a day. There is a tram service opposite the hotel that can take you into the city centre or it is a 25 minute walk. We will definitely use this hotel again if Bath Rugby play Clermont Ferrand again.

Good all round in perfect location for stadium and walkable distance to centre although tram right outside. Friendly staff, good buffet breakfast. Room comfortable and clean. Quiet spot.

Booked to attend Rugby match in stadium which is opposite the hotel. Very impressed with the standard of the hotel and the staff. Especially enjoyed the hot breakfast which is unusual in hotels in this price range.

Large and clean rooms with amazing service. The staff was very friendly and really enjoyed the stay.

We pre paid our stay. Arrived at 1 am, exhausted. And they did not have our room. After it had been confirmed. This cannot happen.

Very clean and comfortable overnight stop. However no indication that the menu did not include a traditional Campanile Buffett. Extra charge for parking (8 Euro). Staff not very forthcoming.
