This property was under construction. The main lobby and breakfast area were freshly drywalled and the staff was unsure which side of the the desk to sit on because you had to walk behind the desk to get to the elevators. I understand remodels, but it should have been mentioned when we booked and it’s no excuse for the staff being completely unprofessional. I called twice and was put on hold for over 10 mins then when I called back she giggled and said, oh my bad. We had a later check in due to a late flight. It was about 9pm Once in the room it was nice, clean and the beds were comfy so once the renovations are done I imagine it will be lovely.

Just stayed the night, didn’t really do much else.

The beds are very small and it is better for people who want a kitchen not just a one day stay.

Amazing!!! I loved the rooms and beds. The yoghurt was so good for breakfast.

Paid for a Bathtub room and did not get it.

Under significant renovations during our stay and the lobby and breakfast area are unavailable. Limited breakfast in a conference room. Still, they are doing a great job despite that.

I liked the quiet environment and the room is well furnished with every appliances one would need to make his/her stay perfect.

There was major remodeling happening at property and no real lobby to check in. We went through a side door entrance and found an employee who did get us checked in but it was a little confusing. Only one restaurant within walking distance so we door dashed. Room was clean except the soap bar was used and there was only one. Also they sell limited refreshments on first floor but they are way overpriced. Expedia rated this property as ‘wonderful’ but I would say it was just okay.

This was my second stay here, and it will not be my last. The shuttle from the airport was easy and quick. Check-in was fast and friendly. My room was spacious, clean, and had a great layout.

Expedia did not post that this hotel was under construction so it was noisy.

The staff members were very friendly and made my short stay enjoyable. Took the early morning shuttle to the airport. Had to take a taxi though to the hotel after arriving the night before so Im not sure if they would have picked me up if I had contacted them but didnt have a way of doing that at the time.

I booked online at 10:00 at night from the airport and we were greeted and got into our rooms quickly.
