An excellent place to stay in Merida!

Liked cleanliness

In need of updates. The shower head was clogged up, shower door wouldn't close completely causing the outside to get wet. The bed cover was stained and they had issues with room keys not working.

4 stars because they had an issue with the keying system so each time we had to enter the room a member of staff had to let us in because the key cards couldn't be programmed besides that it was as enjoyable as all the other stays we have had there

Good location, very nice parking, good continental breakfast and nice rooms.

NICE PLACE. STAFF VERY FRIENDLY. LOCATION IS NEAR SHOPPING AND CLOSE TO DOWNTOWN AND THE CULINARY ALLEY IN 47TH STREET.

The ground floor was noisy like a bowling alley and the breakfast was terrible, sometimes chaotic and with a single adult employee taking care of everything

The property is located near shopping malls and departments stores in a nice area with plenty of streets and avenues to get to the property. The staff can be more helpful and proactive, even if you don't need anything. The breakfast time window was long enough, though the number of guests eating at the same time gets the tables dirty and there's shortage of cutlery, dishes and even food, which they refill after a few minutes of waiting.

There isn't much to say.

Everything ok

I reserved for my family of 4 and when I checked in they gave me a room only one bed and one sofa. It was a fraud they did to me. So, uncomfortable the whole night.
