My stay was very pleasant. The hotel was clean, and the location is excellent since it is inside Alamedas mall. The staff was very friendly, especially Jesus, who helped us with our luggage. The air conditioning stopped working at some point, but the hotel promptly accommodated us in another room. Breakfast was delicious and the restaurant staff were kind and welcoming. Luz Marina, one of the managers, was especially kind and friendly, and made us feel at home. I strongly recommend this hotel.

An excellent top notch hotel attached to a shopping mall. The rooms are fantastic and the staff is so friendly and helpful. The breakfast is great. So many options. I highly recommend the Garden Rooftop. Excellent food and drinks and friendly service. I always stay at the GHL Hotel in Monteria and I highly recommend

Best breakfast in Montería it's the perfect mix between typical food and American food options, staff is excellent and attentive, hotel cleaning is flawless and the vibe is always good. Restaurant and pool are great, morning views and sunset at the rooftop are amazing and the pool is always clean and working. 10/10

Dining room staff excellent. Reception area staff, not so much. Hotel fairly average with an excellent breakfast.

Overall the hotel and staff are good, A/C could be better, no matter what setting the temp didn’t seem to change, it also made everything feel damp in the room

The room is too small and has no closet. The room space is too narrow to move around or place luggage especially for two people. Also, even though there are signs all over the hotel in the rooms and common areas regarding smoking, people still smoke marijuana in their rooms and by the pool. We reported this to the receptionist but still the entire floor where my wife and I were staying, smelled very very strongly of marijuana. Additionally, my daughter stayed in a separate room and one day she left her window open and when she went to her room, it smelled like marijuana because clearly the people in the room next door were smoking weed.
