Very nice hotel

Everything else is good except for staff from check-in counter not as accommodating to a tiring traveller and the staff from breakfast buffet not as attentive, compare to other hotels in HsinChu area I stayed. But, “service” is really what makes people come back again and again.

Great location. We were the only non-Chinese and non-Taiwanese staying at the hotel and the staff had no problem communicating with us. The rooms are large (as are the hallways) and breakfast is plentiful and varied. The location is ideal for exploring the town.

Though it is only few years old building, the room is not as clean as expected

They are very accommodating and they know you and your needs. They put my luggage in my room after I left them in the morning before the afternoon I checked in.

Very friendly staff

We went there for the VR theme park and the hotel is literally next to the theme park, mall, and several restaurants. There is also a shopping center across the street. You can purchase theme park tickets directly from the hotel at check-in, which could be very helpful on crowded days. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the breakfast buffet is fairly decent. The room was clean and the bathroom was larger than expected even for a family double room. Television had a decent selection of free movies in addition to the regular channels. Overall, we were very satisfied with our brief stay.

Nice and clean room. The hallway is larger than typical hotel so it's really quiet. It connects to the entertainment center as well as the shopping mall, so in the hot day, it's really nice to stay all day indoor. The buffet style breakfast is good with most of the food you need. Overall we are happy with the stay.

飯店櫃檯態度親切客氣，房間及浴缸都很大空間感十足，清潔度也很好！

整體住宿經驗非常好, 乾淨舒適. 但是早餐真的很需要加強.
