Staff were amazing - lift to our room didnt work and reception staff got onto it straight away - thankyou

Palmerston is WAY overpriced due to the gas plant, especially given it's location near nothing substantial, but there was no faulting the accommodation and the staff. Beautifully clean and friendly professional people, worth it to not have to drive the 30-40 minutes back and forth from town every day after visiting family with 4 kids asking, "are we there yet?" :)

Always accomodating

Despite putting the clean my room sign on the door the room was only cleaned once and that was the day I was checking out.

Great staff rooms and location

The hotel was very clean and the decor was very nice to look at. The rooms were very nice and accommodating as well.

Nice hotel, would stay again. Check in and checkout fast and efficient. Good parking for those requiring pick up. Room was large and well appointed, fittings in wardrobe and tea making facilities a little bit dated. Bathroom clean however shower recess could do with a spruce up but acceptable. Overall good value and a nice place to stay.

I have used this facility previously. Was content and happy with its location and convenience to everything around it so was happy to rebook at this location again.

Lovely clean & spacious rooms with large comfy King bed. Balcony a plus. Nice coffee in restaurant.

Safe and clean. Noisy sometimes in early morning. Good parking. Excellent staff- helpful and friendly.

We stayed for a short time connecting at the interchange early the next morning. Staff were lovely and very quick to get us to our room. Staffed 24hrs. Easy checkout and we also could leave our luggage for a week which was handy as we were hiking. Room was large, clean and comfortable. Great stay for a night to recharge.
