Great downtown location near Rome's Termini station and National Roman Museum, great view, fantastic breakfast, and wonderful friendly staff! Only minuses were occasional odors from the bathroom (probably from shower drain and ancient plumbing) and one night several homeless people congregated in the ground floor lobby and were making a mess: they did not end up being a danger, but it showed up a lack of security (guards).

Extremely courteous staff. They made the whole trip very enjoyable and were VERY helpful. Room was spotless. Quiet with windows closed - but had them open for fresh air as the aircon isn’t available in WINTER MONTHS ONLY and I was hot (coming from England and being generally too warm at night - my fault!) which made it a little noisy with traffic. That said, bed was so comfy. Lovely room. Spacious. Modern. Definitely going back.

Very clean rooms, great breakfast, great location, helpful staff

The room was clean. It was very plain no Thrills. Breakfast was truly a Continental menu. The staff was very nice and friendly. The location was walking distance from the train station. Over all it met my needs for a budget friendly trip.
