Perfect location, very friendly and helpful staff!

Great location!!! We are traveling by train and this was easily accessible. Beautiful area. Nice for walks.Gorgeous park nearby. The best room so far on our trip. Superb breakfast buffet!

The staff was excellent, went above and beyond. The front desk staff called and helped us get a fantastic dinner reservation, and the bartender showed us how she made a delicious mixed drink. Everything was perfect, and it was an excellent stay.

After a stay in a well known budget hotel in Zurich last week I wasn't looking forward to going back. Boy was I wrong. A friendly welcome a comfortable and clean room and a lovely place to spend the evening. A short walk to the place I was working at. An easy train journey form Zurich Airport and a 10 minute walk from Konstanz (Picturesque German Town)

We visited Konstanz, Germany, to see the Hus House. Hotel is less than a mile walk into Switzerland from the Konstanz train station. More upscale than we are accustomed to; offers an upscale restaurant which we did not use due to price. No water kettle for tea/coffee in the room, but complimentary bottled mineral water available. Problem: no front desk service available for checkout between 3 a.m. and 7 a.m. We needed to catch an early train and were unable to finalize paying the city tax which is usually not collected until checkout. This lowers our service rating. This information is listed in the written info in the room, but we did not read this soon enough. Rarely do we find a larger hotel with limited front desk service. (That can be more common in a smaller family-run hotel.) Shopping center (including takeout restaurants) on road between train station and hotel.

Great location for view and walking. Not a lot of restaurant options in the area. Can walk to Konstanz though about 10-15 minute walk.

Modern hotel, but no air conditioning. Lack of air con made it very uncomfortable when trying to sleep. We paid for the upgrade to the park view but wish we hadn't....our view was of the hotel car park, the road, the restaurant across the road, plus a a tiny but of park! Also, this side of the hotel faces the sun so adds to the heat problem. The advice given to limit the problem is to close the blinds....hmmm...certainly defeats any hope of a good view! Rooms on the other side of the hotel ar close to the railway line, but the windows give good sound proofing so I doubt that noise would be a problem. Lovely big shower! Good breakfast at 15 Swiss francs per person.

Second time I stayed here and even better than the first time. Very quiet rooms right at the lake. Spacious walk in shower. Modern design. Large windows that open fully.

They upgraded my room so room was much bigger. Very new and comfortable and the staffs are all very friendly. Great stay. Plus they provide free mineral water in case anyone doesn't want to drink from the tap.

Schönes Hotel aber leider katastrophale Matratze, Decke wie auch Kissen. Scheint alles schon sehr alt zu sein, obwohl das Hotel sonst moden scheint.

Hotel sehr schön am See und sehr nahe an Konstanz. Hotel ist funktional und modern, sehr angenehm, mit eignem Parkplatz Guter Ausgangspunkt für viele Ziele.

Es war schön, aber sehr warm! Wir mussten das Fenster öffnen und wurden so etwas durch lärm gestoert. naja, gern wieder trotzdem.

Sehr freundliches, unkompliziertes Personal. Super zwischen See, Kreuzlingen und Konstanz gelegen und so Alles zu Fuss erreichbar. Vielen Dank.

Sehr schönes, überschaubares und toll gelegenes Hotel. Sehr sauber, nettes und freundliches Personal… überschaubares und ausreichendes Frühstücksbuffet…. Lediglich nahe an der Bahn und an der Straße…. Mit offenem Fenster etwas laut….
