The hotel does not guarantee the customer's rights. They have received a reservation and previously sent a confirmation message to the customer, but due to the holiday (I think there was an arrangement to increase the price), the customer's booking was canceled. You should consider the reputation of the hotel before booking!

Staffs are really friendly snd helpful. Location is awesome.

Receptionist yang cowok agak ngawur main masuk aja padahal ada istri sama anak saya lagi tiduran. Alasannya salah kamar. Receptionist yang cewek cukup ramah, dan terkadang taxi tidak bisa berhenti depan hotel jadi harus menyebrang.

Phòng đặt 1 kiểu , cho nhận phòng 1 kiểu. Đặt rõ phòng đắt view thành phố, đến ngày nhận phòng thì cho nhận 1 phòng hoàn toàn bí bách, phải nói chất lượng quá tệ. Nhân Viên liên hệ thái độ cực kỳ khó chịu. Thanh toán 2 đêm chỉ ở 1 đêm vì không thể chấp nhận nổi

Old hotel, seriously degraded bathroom, complicated water system, bad smell. The air conditioner is not cool. Asked to change rooms but the experience is still the same. Staff are unprofessional and unfriendly. Ask for car rental service, it takes 1 day to have. The parking space is very small, so getting the car is very inconvenient, the hotel also charges a parking fee. The plus point is that it is close to the center.
