When we checked in, the room's A/C had not been running and the room was 90 degrees. Every day when we came home, the A/C had to be reset, and the room was sweltering. Also, the bathroom door was closed and when we opened it, a terrible odor consumed the room. After airing it out for an hour, it was okay. Staff are very nice, but only one member of the day shift each day speaks any English, and it is very limited. Restaurant is nice, but serves very limited beer selections.

Just good

Stayed in that hotel many times. Everytime I go something got worse. This time is the smell of the room. Utterly chemical and the toiletries are awful. I could swear the soap bar is the same kind my mum used to wash clothes with. Breakfast is good buy there are much better hotels in Sinop

People working in this hotel are nice and happy. Breakfast is amazing. The restaurant is also very good. Nothing negative to say. I recommend it!

Pleasant stay, restaurant was really good. Room was clean and staff was very friendly, definitely would stay again at this hotel.

This place was great. The room was spacious and clean and the food at the hotel was excellent! I was delightfully surprised with the modern look and feel of this hotel.

And a great breakfast as well! I spent there a week for business in the area and will return to Ucayali.

Tudo muito bom, serviço, estrutura e limpeza. Falta sente um luz indireta no quarto. Aó tem uma luz direta e estava com problema.

Único problema que ficamos no segundo andar e o elevador estava estragado aí tínhamos que ficar descendo e subindo escadas

O quarto não foi o que reservei

A comida do hotel é incrível! Pede uma salada de salmão defumado! Hotel fornece lenços para mulheres tirarem maquiagem, achei super legal!

O quarto executivo a qual ficamos é muito diferente do restante dos quartos do hotel, visivelmente mal cuidado, sem nenhum aconchego. faltou iluminação nas laterais da cama. Ar condicionado extremamente forte mesmo no 24 g, o direcionador não funcionava no botão e a gente tbm não alcançava para regular, o que me prejudicou muito, acordei sem voz e com dor de garganta. Pontos positivos: O chuveiro, e o café da manhã. Pior quarto que já tive nesse hotel, pelo valor jamais pagaria para o que ofereceu.
