Lobby, elevator and hallways smelled like dirty carpet. Room was clean

Great place. Nice room. They were very accommodating. Only complaint is how soft the king size bed was. I thought it was like a water bed. I don't sleep well without it being more firm.

Enjoyed recliner in room. Enjoyed the pool, was a bit cool, but staff increased heat and hottubs were great - staff helped skim off excess foam in hottubs making it feel more comfortable. Thank you!

Our stay was pleasant and the rooms were quiet. Just a basic room, nothing special but it worked well for us. The breakfast is your standard free breakfast fare which isn’t to our tastes but the Tippy Cow restaurant is a close walk for breakfast or lunch. Downtown is a short drive with lots of wonderful restaurants.

Excellent service and location. Walking distance from downtown restaurants and shops. Room was clean and functional. The most tv channels than any other hotel during our whole trip. Pool was good for the kids. Breakfast was one of the best on our 9 day/8 night trip. I would definitely stay here again.

The hospitality here was very welcoming. They made us feel as though they sincerely wanted us to enjoy our stay. The breakfast was good, although the same every day of our 4 days there. Room was clean and tended daily with fresh towels. We plan to return on our next visit to Billings.
