Arrived late and tired. Check-in staff could not wait to tell me of nightly room fees plus a security fee. Room was at the back and above the garage, about 15x15 feet with no closet, shelves, drawers-not even a peg to hang your hat. Food was not too bad. But overall, I would not stay there again for free.

The price is reasonable. Secured parking, Spacious room but no cabinets at all. The room was quite dark. Accessible location. However hotel was old maybe consider upgrading.

Toilet was not clean, food is unsatisfying, not worth what we have paid for.

Clean hotel. Accessible (a lot of nearby stores and restaurants). Secured parking. Large and nice room but no water heater for coffee or tea. Didn't really like the bathroom - looked old and not maintained. Restaurant charged a lot even for hot water for room service.

You charge us 500php more, their rate is only 2,500php/day. Thanks anyway.

Booked for three superior rooms 1 day before our arrival. The beds are huge! The room is spacious and well lighted and it is very near at the city proper! Air conditioning is really great and silent. The breakfast is quite nice but hopefully they may add more options. Staff are really kind too! Definitely will come back

The hallway on the second floor smells of smoke from cigarettes.

Disappointed for not having a lift, especially for PWD.

Quite disappointed that they don't have a lift for PWD like my husband, and the stairs are spirally design. Not recommendable.

One of the nicest hotel I've been. To begin with, 1. Price - mid range. 2. Room - Clean, Comfy and King bed is very good. 3. Comfort room - spacious. refill supplies on second day and housekeeping. 4. Location - Situated on back part of street. No noise you can sleep comfortably. Easy to find. 5. Food - free breakfast. You can choose, American, Korean or Filipino breakfast. Resto is open 24 hours. 6. Service - Very good and accommodating. Over all it was an awesome stay with Horizon. Will come back here soon.

The hotel room was nice and clean.

We actually book 2 different hotel rooms- our first night we stayed at the loft type. It was very convenient because it is a drive-in type. The following day, we transferred to the main hotel and stayed at their deluxe room. Both hotel rooms were big and so clean. Though I like the deluxe better, because it was spacious and it has a mini fridge. The staff were courteous and went above and beyond our expectation. They allowed us to check in at once as soon as we checked out from the loft. The location was a plus too. The downside was: 1. the bed- On both rooms, we can feel the springs from the bed. It was so uncomfortable and they need to change that asap!! 2. the breakfast- not so much choices and the food wasn't cooked that well. The 2 pieces bacon were soggy and the rest of the food were oily. 3. No coffee/ tea making facility inside the room

We stay here because we attend a funrun with our family. PROs: - The location is good, near malls and business establishments. -Huge Bed, good for 3 actually. -Accommodating service staff. CONs: - Springy bed. - Breakfast has only 3 options (Korean, American and Filipino breakfast). Though I really love Korean food, my brother and mother don't enjoy their meal. - Only 8 available TV channels. - WiFi is slow in our room.
