We were overall very happy with our stay. The location is fairly convenient, the view is amazing, the staff was excellent, the food was good, and we appreciated the free shuttle service to the bus stop and town square. Our major disappointment was our room. When we booked the room, I called to confirm that the terrace pictured was what I had booked and was told it was. However, when we arrived, we found that there is only one room with the very large terrace that has completely unobstructed views and it is on the 7th floor of the building. We were placed in a room on the 5th floor with a garden and terrace; however, the view was somewhat obstructed by a lower terrace that looks like may have been a pool in the past years but has been changed to a patio that guests are not permitted on. There were several other beautiful locations in Ravello, but we chose Villa Piedimonte specifically for the large terracotta tiled terrace with the panoramic view, so we were highly disappointed to be on the lowest floor that did not offer the view we had confirmed.

Great Hotel, Dinner was unexpectedly very good. The bathroom had a weird smell which would come and go otherwise it was great with easy parking and a good size room.

Beautiful property with breathtaking view. Highly recommend, this was my favourite hotel on our European tour. It has a classy feel and a lot of character to the property.

Loved the car service that takes you onto town

The staff spoke very little to no English at all. The pillows, blankets, sheets, towels , and floors were extremely dirty and heavily stained. The pipe system were extremely old! I wanted to leave the first night I stayed there. My personal towel was taken by the housekeeper! I never been to a hotel where the housekeeper touches your personal items.

Absolutely breath taking view.

Nice property with a stunning view. They have free and convenient parking. It’s a long walk to the Ravello town square but they offer a free shuttle service to get you there and back. Its stops at 9 pm so you either have to walk or take a taxi back if you have a late dinner. The rooms are nice. Nothing extravagant, but the one we had was quite large. The breakfast buffet was good with a nice variety of food. You can east on a terrace with an amazing view of the coastline. The swimming pool area offers the same amazing view and drinks / snack at reasonable prices. 8 euro for an Aperol spritz with snack 😄

We loved this beautiful hotel in Ravello! The room was just lovely and the view was spectacular. Just a short walk from the main town square. Lovely breakfast, lovely pool, and very friendly and professional staff. We hope to return!

The rooms were spacious, clean all with the king size bed.

We were in Ravello for a wedding and this was an ideal location. It was a short walk to the town where we could access all of the restaurants, shops and shuttles to nearby areas. The hotel also offered complimentary shuttle service to town if we did not want to walk. We enjoyed the food, service and property. Everyone was friendly and courteous, and the hotel was spotless. The pool and the wonderful view were also what sold us on this hotel when we were looking for a location. We were not disappointed! I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.
