We had a great staying at Hotel Pena Pobre. All the staff, the lobby, restaurant, rooms, among others are very friendly, supportive and willing to help at any time. All the team had a very welcoming and friendly attitude. The hotel is greatly curated with a high end atmosphere. There is not better place to enjoy Mexico City and its surrounding. Highly recommended.

Excellent place to relax and have a pleasant time in the area. Great walk in the park next door.

Beautiful place, quiet, friendly staff and an unimaginable peace. The rooms are intimate like home and not only are things quiet but they are also warm. Another home away from home.

Overall our stay was excellent! The staff was helpful, friendly and very accommodating. Our flight was delayed upon arrival and we were starving, the receptionist at the front desk had the kitchen staff keep the kitchen open for a little bit longer so that we can grab some food! The suite was extremely clean and the bed was very comfortable. Good water pressure in shower as well. Only issue at the end was our check out. We had an early flight so we left the hotel at 4:30 am. Upon arriving at the reception, there was nobody. We were charged 2,000 Mx pesos (approx 100 USD) as a retention charge in the beginning of our stay, so I am not too sure what will happen with that. But besides that 9/10!
