Booked for overnight stay, but when arrived, the staff said it could only be a maximum of 3 hours. The hotel filled in the information themselves. The app still said it was a 1-night room. Too bad.

I booked on the same day so the app did not allow cancellation. The app clearly shows the check in & check out time but the staff told me the price on the app is for a maximum of 3 hours. To stay for the time I booked, I had to pay the hotel an additional amount so that the total payment was close to the non-discounted price on the app. The room has the advantage of being spacious & the receptionist is gentle but it is not very clean. Too much perfume is sprayed. Soundproofing is not very good. Very bad experience.

Rất cảm ơn khách sạn đã đón, tiếp rất nhiệt tình gia đình tôi. Phòng rất đẹp. Bữa sáng ngon. Nhân viên rất nhiệt tình giúp đỡ và thân thiện. Đặc biệt quan tâm và giúp đỡ vợ tôi. Chính sự thân thiện của nhân viên là cái làm nên sự hoàn hảo cho khách sạn này.

Chúng tôi đã từng đến đây vào năm ngoái. Và điều làm chúng tôi muốn quay lại chính là nhân viên phục vụ ở đây. Đồ ăn sáng rất ngon, được phục vụ chu đáo. Các bạn nhân viên rất nhiệt tình. Cảm ơn và hẹn gặp lại trong 1 ngày không xa!

The hotel stole money from guests, clearly stated on Traveloka that check in at 14:00 the day before, check out at 12:00 the next day, but leave for 3 hours to day-use? Tell the front desk and tell the guest to go and complain to Traveloka? Shouldn't hotels that cooperate with TA have to manage their own pages to sell rooms?

Quá tệ hại. Lần đầu tiên đặt khách sạn mà gặp phải trường hợp này. Phòng ở 1 đêm ghi chú thêm phần tối đa 3 giờ. Nhằm lừa mắt khách hàng thì thoi không nói tới cũng không giải thích rõ ràng ở 3 giờ sau đó đóng thêm tiền mà nói qua loa cho khách khi khách không để ý. Ăn quỵt tiền giữa ban ngày hay sao Á chớ. Nói chung không bao giờ quay lại và cũng nên nhận 1 sao vì mấy cái dịch vụ vô lý không rõ ràng

Obviously the price outside was reduced from 600k to 270k but when I arrived at the check-in place, it was reported to be 270k for 2 hours as shown by the title name. In the description of the room rental, the time part is clearly 1 day, the trick will collapse soon
