The first thing I noticed was how comfortable the bed was and the room's cleanliness. There were a few chips on the flooring, one of which was in the bathroom, and I could feel it on my feet as it was raised slightly near the shower; these were minor issues. However, my room overlooked the road, and the noise of traffic made sleeping a problem, as there were manholes that made a clack-clack noise. If the windows were double-glazed, it would make a significant difference, not only in terms of noise reduction but also in terms of energy loss with the air conditioning, which was very effective.

Lovely hotel, spacious room & immaculate throughout. Close to the beach, bars, restaurants & shops. My first visit & would definitely stay here again. Staff were lovely 😀

The staff was very nice. The rooms were clean and modern. The close proximity to the beach is great. The only negative comment would be that the buses drive past the hotel every few minutes which can be annoying during breakfast and dinner. Overall we would recommend staying here.

What a fantastic hotel! From the welcoming upon my arrival to relaxing on the rooftop pool/terrace with the obligatory Aperol Spritz 😊 Staff were attentive and very helpful. Breakfast was awesome and room was spotless and a great comfy bed. Even though hotel is on the main strip, noise was minimal and definitely worth a revisit in the near future.

What a fabulous little hotel. Great service from the minute you enter this beautifully smelling hotel! The staff couldn't do more. Great breakfast too with omlette cooked to your liking. Fantastic location too! We loved our stay here and loved the pool area which was never busy.

Newly renovated.

We stayed in the junior suite and it was amazing! The sea view was stunning. The bed was super comfy. The room was decorated lovely and had all the facilities you needed. Even free water and chocolates. The location was perfect a few steps from the beach and right in the main street filled with restaurants and shops. The breakfast was super tasty with a big selection and even a chef to cook you fresh eggs anyway you wanted. The staff were so lovely and helpful. The only problem was that I wished we had stayed longer!

There is a large balcony in which to enjoy the water views right from our room. We had breakfast every morning and were impressed with the selection. What most impressed us besides the staff, was the box breakfast that was prepared the last day of our leaving.

If you have a rented car, parking is difficult. The staff provide excellent service and the facility for luggage storage and showering after vacating the room and prior to leaving for the airport are outstanding It is a very friendly and helpful hotel from the moment the cava is served at reception. It was our second stay at Treff and we will use again when visiting Paguera.

Overall we had a lovely stay as a family for a week. The rooms were clean and comfortable with good beds, showers & air con. Excellent food with good choices of meat, fish or veggie every evening with a buffet starter of different salads & small dishes each evening and a dessert buffet with fresh fruits and small dessert selections. Lovely breakfast buffet too. The waiters were extremely friendly, worked very well as a team making sure you had everything you needed. The hotel reception team were very friendly and gave great advice on places to go. The pool was small but good to cool down in with a lovely roof top terrace.

Sehr schönes, mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtetes Hotel in bester Lage. Das gesamte Team ist unglaublich freundlich und bemüht, auch auf Deutsch zu sprechen. Besonderer Dank an Sebastian für die tollen Ausflugstipps! Frühstück und Abendessen waren abwechslungsreich und sehr lecker. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen gern wieder!

Frukosten hade snålats ner. Inga pannkakor och churros 1 gång/v . Ta med egen ketchup senap till frukosten då detta ej trots förfrågan tillhandahålls

At the hotel, cleaning started at 8:30 AM with very loud noise. When I told the cleaner, they said, “It’s my job, I have to do it,” and did not try to be careful. The noise continued, and the doors let all the sound inside. When I reported this to the front desk, the staff also said cleaning must start at 8:00 AM and could not do anything. It was very strange. Additionally, the floor is made of glass, so when cleaning tools are dragged, it makes extreme noise. The cleaner did not pay attention, which made it worse. Also, the image I saw on Hotels.com was never shown at the hotel, and I received no information about it. I couldn’t find that view anywhere.

Personeel, professioneel en hulpvaardig. Ontbijt was uitstekend. Hotel ligt dichtbij strand. Bedden goed. Maar onze kamer was aan renovatie toe.

Ich habe nur Frühstuck gebucht: jeden Tag gab es das gleiche. Frühstuck nur bis 10:30...1 minute später gab es nicht mal Kaffee! Zimmer war zwar sehr groß, aber im Bad sehr eng. Im Hotel würde schlimmer Reinigungsmittel verwendet, unmöglich das zu riechen. Zimmertüre so dünn und hellhörig, dass man fast aus dem Bett fällt, wenn jemand am Flur eigene Zimmer schlisst - donnert wie Gewitter. Ausschlafen nicht möglich! Ich würde diesem Hotel höchstens 2+ / 3- geben aber niemals 4 Sterne! Der Eingangsbereich ist sehr schön und freundlich renoviert, das Personal wirklich sehr hilfsbereit und sehr nett - nur das hat 4 Sterne verdient, aber der Rest echt nicht gut!

Hübsches renoviertes Hotel nah am Meer mit schöner Einrichtung und sehr freundlichem Personal. Der kleine Pool zum abkühlen auf der Terrasse und der Ausblick vom oben waren ein Pluspunkt. Gutes Frühstück mit Möglichkeit draußen zu sitzen.

Hotellet prøver, og gør det fint nok, uden at være prangende. Lidt slidt indtryk med lidt huller i gulvet og et toilet der løber. Vi havde forestillet os en by med lidt mindre masseturisme og lidt højere niveau end ren charter - men det er præcis det byen er. Men udmærket til prisen - kommer dog ikke igen. Næste gang bliver det post Sóller eller Sant elm, som vi elsker.

Mycket bra läge, centralt på huvudgatan och 3 minuters promenad från den fina stranden. Man fick låna strandhanddukar under vistelsen. Hotellet kändes rent, välskött och välkomnande! När vi checkade in fick vi varsitt glas välkomstbubbel i väntan på nyckel. När jag checkat ut hade jag flera timmar tills flyget skulle gå, då fick jag åtkomst till bagagerum och takterass och när det var dags att åka, även till ett fräscht duschrum och rena handdukar.
