Located in the heart of the old town, near the church. The room is good for two people; the room I chose didn't have a window, so if you want more ventilation, you should choose one with a window.

The room door may as well have been made of paper. Guests checking out at 4 a.m. with screaming children, reception watching television on the computer loud, plenty more. It’s all about the doors.

The guesthouse is small, a bit cramped compared to the pictures, but conveniently located a few steps from the church, with many shops and restaurants nearby. The price is 1 million VND per night for two beds.

The staff were enthusiastic, especially Lucas, who was very friendly.

for just sleep/rest its ok but for staycation no.. pillows not so comfortable, only 1 for each person (7/10) tv remote didn't work well (1/10) no compliments (coffee,tea etc) only 2 mineral water and 1 glass (5/10) no tissue at the main room (5/10) only shower towels (no other towels more) (7/10) dont pick the front room facing the street because the bar across the hotel and people passing by on the street a bit noisy ( 6/10) overall it was good staying here .. pls improve to get better ..thanks

Well, it's an old hotel and the room could use some upgrades, especially the bathroom. It feels like staying in a friend's house for a sleepover rather than a hotel. It gave the homey vibe so we slept well if [we] don't mind the lacking. So close to St. Joseph Cathedral that we can hear the bell-chimes in the morning. Worth the money.

Nice place, close to the center of old city, many tourist attractions.

I find the hotel staff very friendly. If I have the opportunity to go to Hanoi, I will still stop by the hotel. 😙
