Outdoor spa was very good, hotel rooms were very clean

It's easy to find as it's a popular place for locals to go for sauna. Checking in was easy and frontdesk staff was friendly. Only down side is the service by the waiter in the hotel restaurant. A restaurant that's able to accomodate about 40-50 guests was only occupied by about 8-9 guests. It's being served by 2 waiters. One was friendly but the other (도현민) was unattentive and displayed a can't be bothered attitude. With current Corona virus situation i would thought service will be much better due to lower human traffic. But was surprised by the bad attitude displayed by the waiter. He needs to know that he is part of the hotel and is the ambassador representing the hotel. What he does affects the reputation of the hotel. Additionally, the door sound proofing is very bad, we can hear people talking when they passby our room. This can be improve.

Hotel in the middle of nowhere, good if isolation or spa wanted. Car needed. Restaurant of hotel not recommended (nobody eats there anyway), basic and tasteless food. Much better selection available in Buk Myeon down route 917.

온돌방이라는점에 조금은 부족한부분이 있습니다 그래도 온천사용이나 다른 편의시설이용은 좋았어요 식당이나 먹을거리 편의시설이 부족한점 온천에 사용할수았는 물그릇이 작은것만있어서 불편했어요

사원들이모두친절했어요. 객실도청결했고주변풍경이좋아요. 온천도할인해주니참좋네요!

잘 쉬었습니다

우선 자연 속에서 휴식하며 시간을 보낼 수 있어서 마음이 편안했습니다. 가격에 비해 숙소 컨디션도 좋은 편이었어요. 스파와 사우나 이용 시 제공해준 쿠폰으로 50% 할인을 받을 수 있어서 더욱 만족스러웠어요. 가장 좋은 점은 온천수이고요. 한 가지 단점은 주변에 식사할만한 좋은 식당이 없어요. 비싼데 불친절하고 맛도 그저 그렇습니다. 가능하면 죽변항에라도 가서 식사하는 것을 추천하고, 아니면 숙소 내 레스토랑을 이용하세요. 꽤 괜찮습니다.

지하는 바로 온천이고 룸 컨디션도 좋았습니다 다만 숙박 4명인데 물이 두병만 제공되어서 아쉬웠어요

덕구온천호텔은 지하 1층에 사우나와 스파월드가 있고, 1층에 편의점과 던킨이 있어 편리했다. 오래된 곳 같은데 리모델링을 했는지 시설이 매우 깨끗하게 잘 관리되고 있었으며 침대도 편했다. 모든 객실에 자연용출온천수가 공급되며 휴식을 취하기 좋은 곳이었다.

온천욕이 너무 좋았다

화장실 및 객실침구류등 청결상태에 대한 만족도가 매우 좋았습니다. 최근 가본 여행지숙박장소중 최고라는 느낌을 받았습니다. 더불어 대온천장의 청결 및 온천수 상태가 매우 훌륭했습니다.

전반적으로 깨끗하고 조용하였고 편안한휴식을 취할수있어서 좋았습니다. 대온천장도 잘갖추어져서 부족함이 없었습니다.

국내에서 유일하게 용출되는 온천으로 물이 정말 좋아요. 시설은 업데이트가 되었는데, 일하시는 분들이 조금만 더 웃고 친절했으면 좋겠네요. ^^

덕구온천 물이 아주 좋아요. 숙소도 깔끔하고 조용하고 산뷰가 너무 멋졌어요. 관리가 잘된 가성비 숙소입니다.
