Beautiful and well maintained property. Friendly & helpful staff. We had a room overlooking the pool and ocean. Not sure other rooms had views at all. Lots of restaurants within an easy walk.

Chill vibes on weekdays, party energy on the weekends.

Truly found a gem in this property. Incredibly clean, modern and centrally located. Despite this is an ocean front, you could not smell it in the room (which is often) or find any trace of sand anywhere. We had such a wonderful time enjoying the pool and some cocktails after we got back from our day at the cays. We cannot wait to go back and stay here once again!

Staff gets five stars Pool is awesome Staff is outstanding ( they should train other hotels). Excellent breakfast , served with a smile I'd highly recommend!

Coming from the states, we felt spoiled at the Paguera Plaza! For a low rate, you get spoiled with a lovely room, pool (adults only) with comfy beds alongside and a restaurant, bar and coffee service operating 24/7. The view was unbeatable and we toured the islands on a boat that allowed us to swim in bioluminescent waters. How cool! We have stayed her for the past 2 years and will be back again. Highly recommend! We got to know the staff and enjoyed their local knowledge and typically Puerto Rican congeniality.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at Parguera Plaza Hotel. I booked a “Deluxe Ocean View King” room for 3 people directly through the hotel’s website, expecting an ocean view and a sofa bed as advertised. However, I was lied to and told that it did not include the sofa bed. I assumed I mis-booked the room, and as such had to book another room. Upon checkout we realize we had booked the room for 3, Oceanview, and they had not even given that room to us. Because of this misrepresentation, I had been forced to book an additional room at an extra cost of over $200, which not necessary. The night of the stay they had a party. I was told they would have a party going on. I was not informed about how raucous the party would be. I did not expect them to be breaking Puerto Rico noise ordinance laws. The music from the event continued well past 4 a.m., making it impossible to sleep until around 5 a.m. In fact, they turned the music up louder than prior to 2 at around 2 a.m. To make matters worse, throughout my stay, neither room provided hot water—a basic amenity that should have been available. Overall, the combination of being lied to about accommodations, an extremely disruptive, illegal noise environment, and lack of essential services made for an unacceptable stay. And they refuse to take responsibility for lying about the nature of the accommodations. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID.

Absolutely wonderful. More than what we expected. Rooms were clean and comfortable and amenities were so nice to have from pool towels to robes and slipper. Check in was super easy and front desk workers were so friendly. Free breakfast was great and served menu style at the restaurant. At night we went to the bar and hung out at the cabanas by the pool.

Perfect location, staff was super friendly and the boho vibes of the hotel super cool! The pool! Open 24/7!!!
