The bath water is barely lukewarm. It needs to be a bit hot to be refreshing. The food is very varied and delicious, and the water is refilled regularly. The fitness center isn't guarded, but there is CCTV. There are rules, but that's the way it is with children, so hopefully their parents will still supervise them.

This hotel is recommended.. I was in room 1126, the room was spacious, comfortable, quite clean, facilities: good gym, comfortable pool is quite clean, the restaurant is delicious with a varied menu, the employees are good and friendly, the security is good when it rains you can borrow an umbrella, the location is good on weekends there is carfreeday. Input: under the bed if possible sweep/vacuum so it doesn't get dusty, the mini safe doesn't work the battery is dead. hopefully I can come back to this hotel again 👍

So sad... I'm sorry, but I felt the hotel staff were unfriendly. Everyone from the receptionist made me reconsider staying here. Even the bathroom bidet was broken and couldn't be used. We complained and got no response.
The shower leaked. I'm sorry, but this is bad hospitality from a hotel I usually stay at 🙏

Some staff need to be trained when taking plates from the guest table during breakfast, besides that, there needs to be improvement in the labels for dietary options on food, labeling on each jar/food (eg yoghurt, honey, caesar dressing etc.)

The central location is good for morning jogging, the food menu is okay and delicious, the room is comfortable. 1 thing that still needs to be ensured, the provision of towels is not clean enough.
