Everything was exactly as we wanted. Spacious, quiet, convenient to everything from transportation to supermarkets, beaches and local attractions. The room has everything you need for a week's stay or more. We stayed for 6 days. I'd recommend that the owner buys a clock as it's very difficult to know the time. A clock on the wall is essential.

It’s good and clean but not really feel like a hotel. Just a normal apartment. The beds were not comfortable at all. There is rent a car facility with the hotel. If you not reserve the car before coming you might have to pay more than the actual price. I personally don’t recommend the rent a car because most of the cars are very old and not in good condition as well.

Cozy stay with very friendly staff and clean room. Just 5 mins walk from the station and 10 mins to the airport with taxi. Highly recommended.

Good location, a bit hidden in the corner but there are signs put at strategic spots to guide.

It only takes 10 minutes to the airport yet the location is complicated to identify. Reception has staff at times from 8:30 to 19:00. I got several mosquito bites during waiting in the reception. No lift is the problem. We stay at 4 th floor with 4 luggage. Staff are helpful and nice.

Really enjoyed my stay and being able to cook my own food when needed ! Plenty of shops nearby to get food and drink ! Easy to find from airport after I walked from nearby monorail station.

The facility is in pretty good condition, it's all self check-in never get to meet the hotel staff. The location is quiet but not friendly with public transportation.

As the hotel is located in a resident neighbourhood we were worried it was difficult to find. Turned out it wasn't that difficult, just look at the signs posted near the road and you'll find the place. As we arrived late we were told by mail the instructions how to get into our room as staff wasn't around anymore. With instructions on hand we arrived at the place happy to see our name on the wall with a room assigned to us. Instructions to get into the room were easy to follow and we were surprised by the size of the place. Great room, actually, I'm living in a smaller place back here in The Netherlands Nicest place I have stayed in Okinawa so far

Very good hotel for family trip, good location to MRT station, easy to shopping and food.

Spacious apartment with full set of kitchen equipment. Parking provided. There is no lift and need to use the stair. Fast Wifi.

My family and I had a very happy stay here at Rod Cond. It is located just next to Akamine station with about 5 min drive. Restaurant and convenient stores are around within walking distance. The place is very clean and neat with all the amenities including the cooking utensils, high-speed wifi and washing machine that you may need. It is a modern Japanese- style apartment in the local residential area of the region so you can have a real taste of Okinawa neighborhood living here. The host is very nice and helpful that he even offered to drive us with our heavy luggage to the railway station. Very much impressed with the great hospitality. Highly recommended for family.

急遽で探した宿泊施設でしたが、誤解を恐れずに、めちゃくちゃ良い意味として、可もなく不可もなくでした。沖縄的に言えば、普通の上等。チェックイン・アウトも無人なものだから、まるで自分の部屋に帰ってきた感覚で、気を遣わず落ち着いた時間を過ごせました。個人的に、他所で宿泊すると、いつもより寝つきが悪くなるのですが、珍しく夜すぐ眠れて、朝久しぶりに2度寝しました。とても良かったです。今度は家族で、大きいタイプの部屋に泊まりたいです。

エレベーターが無いので荷物を上げるのが大変でしたが、鍵の番号が事前に知らされるのでフロントに行く必要もなく、綺麗で、ゆっくりできました。

Shower room smells musty. Other point is good.

スリッパなどなかったのがちょっと。
