The rooftop amenities such as pool sauna and bar made a lovely experience especially in the sun. The rooms are of nice aesthetic however I recommend booking only those with window view of outside (not the basic) due to slightly disorientating feeling with no outside light! Otherwise lovely staff very accommodating and friendly, felt safe with security and excellent location not far from the main square, metro station and all landmarks. Recommend!

Breakfast were delicious,lots of variety,great coffee & service. Staff very helpfull,concierge service very knowledgeable. Clean rooms. Shuttle service was a bonus.

A well located hotel, whitin a walkable distance to many of the main attractions in Barcelona. The hotel staff was very helpful in helping us secure transportation to the airport, even though there was a city wide strike.

This Hotel is located in a fantastic central area. No need for a car to explore Barcelona. The staff is so nice and helpfull. Clean room, great air conditioner and the free minibar is very good. Very safe stay and the breakfast is realy good. Highly recommend this hotel.

Negresco Princess is a lovely hotel with very accommodating staff, always willing to help when needed. We enjoyed our stay. The hotel is modern and boasts a large and comfortable lobby. The room was very nice with a comfortable bed. It did lack space for us to open our luggage as there was only one rack. The only issue we saw was in the shower. The shower floors and walls were black tile and a black stone like basin which visually hides black mold. If you look closely or take a white towel to the corners and edges where the floor basin meets the walls, you will find a large amount of black mold. I don't blame housekeeping, because I know that management doesn't give them enough time to properly clean the shower each day. Other than this cost saving measure by management resulting in black mold, the hotel was wonderful.

The front desk staff were exceptional and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was awesome. From the moment we arrived at the hotel, they ensured our every need was met. They provided us with early check-in, gave us welcoming tourist suggestions even mapping out directions to get there. They were so pleasant and helpful. The rooftop bar was a wonderful spot to relax and enjoy the atmosphere. The rooms were very comfortable and the free mini bar was appreciated. My only complaint is that the cleaner would knock on the room door and then instantly open the door to come in, not verifying that someone could be in the room. Overall it was a wonderful place to stay.

Excellent upmarket hotel with very pleasant staff and high standards throughout. Rooftop bar with small pool is a nice spot to relax after a day’s sightseeing.
