Lovely hotel. Friendly staff and good food incl breakfast at the Skybar & restaurant. Nice touches with free complimentary mini bar and access to the spa. Very convenient for events at BP pulse arena. Only negative is some areas of the Spa incl pool and showers need a deep clean and freshen up with paint.

Perfect for seeing concerts at BP arena .. lovely hotel, with lovely staff in all areas .. the reception is welcoming and helpful .. the rooftop bar is a lovely spot and was buzzing

Great stay

The staff at the Genting Hotel went above and beyond. Very impressed. Well sound proofed rooms and very comfortable bed. Spa facilities were excellent. Couldn't fault our stay. Would definitely recommend.

Good time with fam

Convenient hotel for the arena, greeted by a lovely receptionist who swiftly got us checked in. Breakfast was very disappointing again third time we have stayed here and every time is the same. Long wait, not enough staff, tables not cleared quickly enough, coffee cups and glasses not replenished went without a drink today because of this even after pointing this out to the staff. Really disappointing that this continues and spoils our stay

Another good stay at Genting. Check in was goodc efficient and friendly. Room clean and comfortable. Breakfast tasty and good choice of items.

Just stayed one night for work. Conveniently located for the airport and local area business parks. Clean and well stocked rooms, everything you need. Special thanks to the friendly staff particular mention to Anmol on the front desk who checked me in.. really friendly and actually helped changed my mood after a really difficult day at work and travelling.. Thanks

The whole hotel spotless and staff are great you ask anything and they help you, so clean

2 night stay to attend a concert at the BP pulse arena. The staff were amazingly helpful and cheerful. The room was spacious, clean and well stocked. It was within easy walking distance of the arena even for my elderly disabled mother. Can’t fault anything.

Lovely hotel but the sky restaurant service left a lot to be desired , waited over half a hour for our drinks order to come, had to speak to a member of staff to hurry it up. The food was good when it arrived

I had a wonderful stay,room very clean, I love their customer service . The breakfast was good.

An excellent hotel. Great staff, very clean, modern and comfortable. Great location for entertainment, we went to a concert on the evening, plenty of locations to eat and easy access via road and rail network. Thoroughly recommend it.

No mini bar for diabetics on 2nd night. Asked reception, who said they couldn’t get any sugar free drinks. So we went to the hotel bar and bought them. They were available but the receptionist was lazy! The check out receptionist confirmed the bar should have given the receptionist the drinks to stock our fridge free of charge.
