All of the staff very friendly and attentive.

Room a good size, clean and functional. Bathroom large. Bed always made each day. I booked half board but unfortunately the buffet food was bland and lukewarm at best.

Fantastic stay, great location!

We had a group of 19 people. We were highly welcomed at the hotel. The hotel is very close to the slops, shops and restaurants. The hotel was clean, warm, had comfort beds and pillows. The restaurant staff was supper friendly and the food was very tasty with plenty of varieties. We did received a letter note about the noise about one person of the group been loud, but I believed the horel staff did the right things as they have to look after the other residents too. On average, it was a very hood stay, i would highly recommend and i would stay again if i return to Pas de la Casa. Many thanks Mario

very nice staff and comfortable stay

We loved our stay, the staff were super accommodating, the rooms were cleaned to a high standard and they went over and above to accommodate for my dietary requirements. The hotel is only a couple of minutes walk from the slopes and the ski lockers were very useful. We would recommend to stay here, the breakfast has a good range of choices and there are several bars and restaurants next to the hotel.

It was overexpensive, Room right by the restaurant, And totally over expensive and for the first time ever in my history with Hotels.com I would like a refund.

Our stay at Hotel Catalunya was for a week in the ski season. The rooms were in good condition, I was surprised after reading other mediocre reviews, they are perfectly clean, bath was very clean. We took to half board option, the breakfast was OK and dinner was not too bad, however we did have to eat out a few times as vegetarian options were limited. Location of the hotel could not be faulted, close to the ski rental shops and a short walk to all the main chair lifts. Would stay again in this hotel if we came back to Pas de la Casa! Great service!

La cercanía a las pistas y el trato del personal destaca, la comida varia según el cocinero del año. Para un hotel de ski a pie de la estación es la mejor opción en Pas de la Casa, sin duda.

Un week-end improvisé de 3 jours décidé en dernière minute, ravis de l'accueil sur les 3 jours, le service petit déjeuner et dîner vraiment impeccable, un personnel poli, souriant et très agréable. Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour

L'hôtel est bien placé a proximité de tous les commerces cependant les chambres sonttrès humides et n'ont aucune isolation sonore. Tous les jours réveillés par le passage des clients, sans parler des clients complètement saouls qui réveillent tout le monde à 3h du matin et malgré l'intervention de la réception le lendemain ca recommence a 4h. Aucune compensation financière pour combler le désagrément. A eviter si vous souhaitez vous reposer.

Realmente tuvimos una muy buena experiencia, unos días antes hice unas consultas con el hotel u fueron súper amables y muy serviciales con sus respuestas, el desayuno estaba bueno, y tienen taquillas gratis para guardar los equipos de ski, pero no tiene calefacción dentro de la casilla.

Buen hotel para hospedarse en Pas de la Casa, al lado del telesilla, de las zonas de restauración y compras. Pablo es muy profesional y amable. Es nuestro tercer año y estamos encantados.
