Took us over an hr to check in because hotel.com didn’t send our reservation over to the hotel so had to contact hotel.com which took forever until I did a live chat and asked for a real person to talk to. Our room the bed rm tv remote wouldn’t work. The kitchen table legs were very loose. 1 blanket for hide a bed. The maintenance guy came to fix tv said he would be back and never came back when we called again the front desk said he went home early. Breakfast was very cold and I ate at 7:15am

The room was overall pretty clean. The suite part had a dirty coffee cup and the couch had crumbs all over it. The pool was dirty. There was hair floating around and it had an oily sheen to it. The hot tub didn't work. I told the front desk and they said it was reset and warming up but it didnt seem to be. Breakfast was a very small area and if you want a waffle, be prepared to wait for 10 minutes to get it as there was 1 waffle maker. Eggs did not taste real and all of the food on warmers was cold.

Everything was great. Only thing the spa was out of order. The room we were issued had some plumbing issues and the front desk assisted us promptly. The housecleaning crew were outstanding with towels and toiletries.

The pool and hot tub were not in service during our stay, which was a main draw for the hotel. It would have been helpful to know that when booking. We were told by the front desk host that the hot tub was still open, but when we tried to use it, it was also broken. That’s a detail the front desk should know. We were told that we can use the neighboring hotel’s pool, but he told us their pool was open until midnight, and when we walked to the other hotel a little after 10 they told us that their pool had already closed at 10, which also is a simple detail that the front desk should have known.

The location was very convenient and the bed was very comfortable. However, there were two lights burnt out in my room and the shower water never got hot. The room looked a bit tired and smelled dusty. I stayed for four nights. My linens and towels got refreshed once and the kitchen was not tended to at all.

The kitchen sink did not drain, the disposal did not work. Spoke to the office person at 6am and he wrote out room number down said maintenance would be in at 8am and we were 1st on his list. Got back to the room around 10am and nobody had been to our room. Called and complained and the front desks response was, so now you don’t want someone to come look at your sink? Maintenance guy came as we were headed out and said we were not on his list. Said sometimes when you call down they say they are writing your number but don’t actually do it. When I told him I watched him write our room number down he didn’t have much to say. 5 floors, ice machin on every floor and the only one that worked was on the 1st floor. Exit signs hangin by wires out of the ceiling or sitting on the floor. The only positive thing about this stay was they had a good breakfast with a lot of variety. We won’t be back.

I called the property twice ahead of our visit to ensure my rooms would be next to each other given we had kids split up in rooms. As of Thursday, I was told two rooms were held for me & noted in the system that were only one apart from each other. When I checked in on Friday, I was given rooms on opposite sides of a floor. When I asked about the rooms the other receptionist had reserved for me, he said one of the rooms had been occupied for two weeks. He didn’t offer a solution or seem interested in helping me, even though I had an explained the situation and asked for help. He finally walked away & starting typing on the computer. I said if I needed to pay for different rooms I would. He said that’s not the issue. He did find me rooms that were about 5 apart & said there was nothing else he could do. This was after I had already paid, too. The suite had a wet pile of what looked like baby puke/dog puke in the middle of the living room. The spa was broken - they could have told us that prior as we would have made reservations at another hotel. The lamp did not have a lightbulb. To top it off, there was a domestic abuse & the police a few doors down from where the kids were staying. The police showed up, knocked on the kids’ room door. This scared them; they were bawling. Had I been in the room next door, I could have heard/helped. Not acceptable. I am not pleased or impressed. This did not live up to the Hilton standards. We will not stay here again.
