Everything was ok, but the jacuzzi water was damn slow, most of the time there was no hot water. Disappointed 😞

It was a pleasant stay at Telaga Terrace. Their staffs were very attentive to my requests and all of them are well-mannered. The breakfast was okay, not very impressive but I understand that since pandemic it is not advisable for hotels to do buffet so it was fine. Housekeeping is done daily, room is clean and the outdoor shower is very intriguing which certainly reminds me of Bali. I will definitely return to this hotel after PKPB 😆

From outside the hotel, it looks like normal, but when you step in from the receptionist counter to the room, you are very surprised. Beautiful room, tidy and clean with simple but elegant decoration. Wpun room rates are cheap but breakfast is still available. Sgt suitable for those who do not like the ups and downs of the elevator and are in a relaxed atmosphere2.

I stay for 3d2n, this hotel room is big, suitable for 2 person and the most I like is the bathroom which is using the go green natural concept and the sunlight can light up the bathroom, It bring me feel special on it. Second, the staff is nice and affable, they are forbearance to help me and give me some info regarding my trip, awesome experience 👍

Spacious, comfy, clean and stylishly designed. Booking says no breakfast but was told during the check-in that breakfast is included. Decent choice of breakfast, just perfect for me. Staff was attentive, welcoming and helpful. Very high value for money!

It was unexpectedly an awesome stay at Telaga Terrace, with the low price. The staff are all nice and friendly. We even got free breakfast though it was not included in our booking. And the food was good. We will definitely repeat again!

Stayed there for 1 night and its very great ambient to stay especially for honeymooners. Simple breakfast and it's so good. Will definitely come again. Thank you to the manager Ms. Rosada and the team delivered excellent service.
