Easy to access next to great restaurant

Kitchenette is not a kitchenette. Hot plate under the sink. Terrible price for such a bait and switch. The hot breakfast was horrible. Co-worker got sick from it.

Pack body lotion, not provided. Very limited closet space.

Broken shower Bed saggy in middle Garbage in hallway >12hours Credit card system broken on check in Half the breakfast missing. I have stayed here a bunch before but marked decline this stay.

Zero snow clearing

Best hotel in Kitimat. Was here for provincials and staff were very accommodating to all the kids. Awesome breakfast and fresh baked cookies in the afternoon was a nice touch.

Hockey team staying was incredibly loud. Our stay was overpriced to say the least

Breakfast was alright, we’ve stayed before and enjoyed the waffles. This stay had limited breakfast items and they put the food away before breakfast was over. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

A hard place to walk to/from the downtown area after dark. Did not feel particularly safe and was worried about wildlife. Otherwise, a nice clean hotel with friendly staff. The breakfast was a bit below standard I thought but not a major issue. Would go back.

Kind helpful staff, comfortable!

The front desk staff were all very helpful and polite. The hotel definitely caters to the construction workers, the breakfast ends at 8am, very early. But we made it work. One raining evening they setup chicken noodle soup in the lobby for the guests. It was very nice.

Very quiet, fabulous beds, wonderful sleep, very clean and kind staff. Will definitely recommend and stay again!

Personnel don't care. For $250 per night my room wasnot done daily, the chairswere dirty, the bathroom supplies were not filled. Check-in was a nightmare. We will look to another facility next time. Manager did not care, nobasked about our stay experience during checkout. Shame on me?
