It is of great value with the price. My favourite part is the staff and the location. A red Cat bus stop is just 100m walk away. This mean, you could safe a lot on transportation, travelling just using the free, relatively easy and efficient Perth Cat bus services! And yellow Cat bus stops and other Transperth bus stops were also within walking distance. There is also free WiFi accessible from our room and the dining area. There is ample designated spaces for food storage and refrigerator for each room. You can cook, and cooking utensils and equipments are mostly prepared including rice cooker, kettle, toaster, cooking pan, knife, chopping board and the like. To do laundry, there is washing machine and dryer that can be used with a fee. Or to further safe, you can hand wash your laundry and hang them up at the designated drying area. The cons: The air conditioner is turned off rather early daily, and will only be open around 7pm. The dining area and stairs upward were facing our room, and the curtains were not thick enough as I notice I could see through the curtain when the light is turned on. Being girl travellers, this make us feel insecure, so we have to add extra clothes to cover the window. Plus, the bathroom is situated just next to the dining area. It is quite uncomfortable to go shower where people can see us in our morning faces or pajamas, for me. Not a party hostel, but people do play loud musics, and again, having our room next to the dining area is a con as it could be noisy. But actually the room window is quite soundproof. But when you wanted to have rest when the air conditioner is turned off, you have no choice but to open the window seal.
