Close to rail service, great hot water but no heating, not sure if they would provide heathers upon request we did not ask because it was not that cold in Cusco when we arrived

Overall, it was an alright experience, but the room had ants, the front desk didn't have our reservation (they found it later), the wifi was inconsistent, and the shower couldn't stay warm (after 4 days hiking this was more important than it would've been otherwise).

Very friendly front desk staff, good breakfast, great location near eateries and sightseeing. Highly recommend.

Loved our stay at Illas inn. The beds and rooms were very comfortable. The staff was very hospitable and accommodated several of our requests, including making coffee late evening and a room heater. It felt very homely and personal. Highly recommend.

Jose gave us helpful suggestions, he made it easy for us in an unfamiliar location. We enjoyed our stay.

In this hotel, it was all about how kind the staff was to us. From beginning to end, it was endless help in tours, transportation, and wonderful restaurants to visit.

Average overall, with dark room and no window for natural light.

It is close to the bus station.

Get the “matrimony” room for a big bed, living room, clean shower, & small kitchen area.

It was excellent! Nataly helped us with the early check in with no problem.

Hotel staff was amazingly friendly, helpful and courteous.
