Excellent staff!

We were on a long drive and arrived late in Lethbridge. Room was small but clean and comfortable. We didn’t need a lot as we were leaving the next morning so it met our needs. Bathroom was clean and well appointed. Breakfast was included and was average but we appreciated having it.

It was a good location and clean and comfortable

Room booked as part of a wedding block, arrived to check in and no rooms available, told they would 'maybe' be ready after 430pm even tho check in was at 3. Dozens of guests had to line up to change into wedding clothes/get ready in the one public bathroom which meant no one could actually use the bathroom after travelling in. Had to go to a gas station to get ready for wedding. Checked in at 130am. Room had ants.

Thank you. We enjoyed our stay. It was nice to stay in the suite and be able to make our own meals. Would be nice if there was cutlery and cooking utensils to prepare food.

Would have liked a sugar free juice option at breakfast for diabetics.

I unexpectedly had to stay overnight in Lethbridge. Checking in was a breeze. The young lady at the front desk was extremely nice and sympathetic to my situation. What I really liked was that they have the smaller luggage cart that are easier to control. Lots of good parking. Hotel room was so nice and spacious. It had 14 foot ceilings that made it feel even bigger. The pool and hot tub were nice except for the screaming kids in the pool that gave me a headache from all their screaming. Breakfast was really good. Bed and pillows were super comfy. It’s nice that they have two elevators so you’re not always waiting for one.I would totally recommend this place and would stay here again.

The staff was informed the washroom sink was clogged, she said she will send housekeeping and get it cleaned. But nothing was done. Bathroom tub was clogged as well.

Stayed there for 5 nights and not once did they come in to make the beds, has to go ask for more toilet paper and towels
