I had such a lovely time during my stay! I was utterly taken aback by the breathtaking nature surrounding the houses. It was beautiful to take leisurely walks in the warm sunshine and explore the nearby temples. The only downside was the polluted ground underneath the house, which was a bit of a bummer, but overall, I had a great experience.

Apart from the mosquito bites, it was all good. I brought my own mosquito coils and wanted to borrow a lighter, but was a little disappointed that the receptionist did not have one. But the hotel inside is beautiful and I liked the fact that the beds are on the second floor as if we were in another world again. It was interesting that there was no partition in the bathroom.
