Receptionists are friendly and helpful. The hotel provides snacks, tea, coffee, drinking water, and hot drinks at the lobby. The social area downstairs is very spacious with homely decoration. The room is clean and comfortable. The location is good. The bus stop is nearby the hotel. The night market is within walking distance, and there are many shops and eateries nearby. A 24-hour laundry is just across the street. Overall, it's pretty good.

Twin beds requested as it shown as listed but no twin beds when checked in. Aircon can’t be turn on after turned off. Breakfast was very minimal.
