The hotel is very nice, clean, the breakfast is tasty and varied. There is a dedicated ski storage room.

Location is good. It is a nice cozy place to stay. Weather is cold and everywhere full of white snow. The hotel near to Grand Hirafu Ski Resort. Opposite road have convenient shop. The breakfast also very nice taste.

Very clean and nice hotel, receptionist is extremely helpful. Strongly recommend.

Hotel is new and clean. Give 100% to their front liners on their assistant and guide to local attractions. The only downside is have to carry our big luggage via staircase to second floor. however, the staff is helpful to help us to carry our luggages.
