Close to the train station & MRT. Easy access to Haneda. Breakfast is very good with various menu.

Great Hotel with strategic location and good service too.

Stayed here with my family and the check in process was somewhat funny for me as I had to scan my passport while there were staffs standing by front of the scanner doing nothing. Location wise was great as it was located very near to a subway station. It 's only two minutes away from Shinagawa station where the shinkansen trains are located. On top of that going to the Haneda airport is easy and fast by taking the keikyu line. We booked 2 rooms and each room was quite small just like a typical Japanese hotel, small, compact and straight forward. To those carrying a huge luggage might need to adapt with the limited space.

Mostly ok except it is cold at night during my visit in early feb, need to request heater from the reception then only provided. The only good thing is near sengakuji subway outlet which make it slightly convenient

The hotel is very convenient. The rooms are clean, complete facilities.

Plus: The hotel location is very close to the train station. Enjoyable free onsen facilities. Minus: The corners of the rooms are dirty and dusty, maybe because the rooms are very narrow, so the cleaning service staff is difficult to reach the corners. Similarly, the laundry area is dirty and dusty.

Because the location is close to the station and next to the hotel there is a small ramen restaurant, selling it at night. It's just a small room, everything is small until the toothbrush is small, I think all hotels in Japan so yes.

3 minutes away from Sengakuji station. People are raving about their Indoor Onsen which opens until 2am, too bad we didn’t have a chance to try. The bedroom and bathroom is very small like a typical Japanese room, but clean and tidy. The staffs speak English so well. Everything is perfect with the hotel, but please take note there is no lift from Sengakuji station entrance to the platform, a bit troublesome for travellers to bring down their heavy baggages using stairs.

Very strategic hotel. Only one train ride from Haneda / Narita (with sky access towards Narita-Haneda / Haneda-Narita airport and vice versa hanging down airport, down Sengakuji station, ask people if you want to ride this stealth line but there is). Near one lane with Shinagawa station which is the stop of JR and Shinkansen. close to the train to the city center as there is a Toei Subway. The station door is very close to the hotel building and with the lift. small hotel rooms but five-star amenities there are water purifier, Shiato shampoo soap, classy mattress, facilities there are vending machine and spa. 5 star for the location.

Close to Sengakuji station right from Exit A2. Convenient for connections to both airports of Tokyo.
