Ice machines not working. Waited over an hour for dinner, and had to send it back. Restaurant and bar are disasters.

Room was overall really nice for the price. Bed was firm but super comfortable and the pillows were phenomenal. Didn't get to swim but the hot tub is large and the pool is a nice size too.

Always a pleasure staying here. Clean, well kept and friendly helpful staff from start to finish!

Hotel had no hot water. Paid almost 200 for a room and we all had to take cold showers.

Traffic is a mess with all of construction

Super friendly staff. The restaurant was great and the wait staff there were amazing. Property is well maintained. There was a nice Texas blackout for a couple of hours but it wasn’t a terrible experience, I also travel with a flashlight. The only complaint I can think of is the hot water kind of has a mind of its own. It can get super hot or not hot at all. That didn’t ruin the overall experience.

The location of this hotel is great if you want to experience The Woodlands area. The area has plenty of restaurants and nearby shopping too. The hotel was nice, a nice pool and the rooms were clean and decent. The staff are not super friendly or anything but I would say service is just ok

The happy hour at Johnny's Italian steakhouse was well worth the money and the appetizers were spot on 5 star's.

It is my second time staying here room very comfortable different front desk clerk did not offer the breakfast voucher and when I acquired about it she kind of had how dare you attitude for me asking for it but besides that everything was okay
