Considering the hotel was 90% full it still felt spacious. Hotel design is sympathetic to the landscape in the surrounding area providing lovely views. Spa treatments are of good quality too. Great stay.

Everything was perfect.

Quite a remarkable experience and great staff. As we were leaving 4.30 in the morning, the hotel prepared a special travel breakfast boxes for us. All the service personal was carrying and very polite. The room was nice, clean and fresh. Great value for the money compare to other 5-star hotels and properties nearby.

Food, rooms, staff friendliness, drinks, great amenities

Fabulous hotel. Great buffet breakfast and dinner. We had a waterfront view and looked over the pool area and out to the Adriatic Sea. We felt ourselves relaxing here. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel manager even phoned to see how our stay had gone. I would recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

Wonderful staff which is the main reason it’s fabulous to stay at!

Beautiful hotel set in stunning Bay Area about 20 minutes drive from Dubrovnik. Hotel room was large with a balcony equipped with comfortable furniture. The hotel breakfast and dinner buffet was superb, great food choices.

Staff were great, properly very beautiful, we loved the food, rooms very well maintained. I would recommend this hotel. We will definitely stay there during our next trip👍

What a great newer hotel on the beach. Horrid food all through the place. Do not pay for anything there,,,, go out! Had bad food but great service in Lungomare. Thank God for Marko who tried to make it better but he could only do what he could do. It was very disappointing for this type of resort.

Clean and wonderful hotel! Everything was excellent! Buffett for breakfast was great and had an enormous variety of choices! Saunas, steam rooms, hot tub and pools were great as well!

This is a lovely hotel. The hotel is beautiful and in a gorgeous setting, were greeted warmly by the front desk staff and bellman and our rating would have been higher except for an interaction with one staff member. We ate supper at the evening buffet (great meal) signed for the meal, and left the restaurant. However, the hostess called after us and asked if we had paid. We assured her we had signed the bill to the room but she insisted we had to pay. We explained again that we had signed the bill with our room number and she exclaimed “It’s not free you know. You have to pay”. We just assured her again it was covered and we walked away. I found it both annoying and embarrassing. Having said that though, she was just one person and the hotel was quite lovely so I would stay there again.
