Insanely nice! Very clean and very comfortable. Best shower head very comfy bed and front staff was very kind!

This property is fairly nice but attention to detail is severely lacking which would make all the difference: - no bar to hang towels - sink bowl is too far forward with the pipe far back to your hand hits the bowl when trying to use it - lots of pillows but most uncomfortable - bed shorter than standard - I am 5'7" and my toes would hang just over when lying normally on the bed - A/C makes loud noises randomly and leaks sometimes - most of the TV channels do not work and it is not a smart TV so no Netflix etc. - poor lighting in the bathroom - thin walls so all the noise can be heard from the outside - generally quite dusty The building shook randomly from time to time - at first I thought it was an earthquake but then it happened several times daily, not sure why but it was a bit alarming. However, despite all this, the location was good, there was A/C and hot water, good water pressure, an elevator and they asked every day if you needed housekeeping. When I arrived, my refrigerator was not working and most of the staff brushed it off but Paola was wonderful and kind and she attended to it immediately, she was pleasant and asked if anything was needed every time I saw her. She was the only approachable front desk staff and it was a pleasure interacting with her. The housekeeping staff were also very nice.

The staff was unaccommodating and showed a lack of understanding regarding personal concerns. My requests to speak with management were ignored. It appears similar issues with staff and customer service have been noted in other reviews, which I would recommend checking before booking.

Norm

The property had several issues:it has potential,but the overall up keep needs attention from house cleaning ,to excellent observation of cleanliness. The house staff need to do better of cleaning and leaving proper stuck for the customers,I was using a soap for a week ,it was on the bare minimum to the last day,that is how it works as there.

Its a good place, just no hot water, so i had to take a cold shower, i talked to the staff next day in the morning, and they said: they will be taking care of it..

I had a good time, no problems while I was there, very safe. There are many dining options nearby.

People were very nice the water was not hot on first room and I was moved to another one. Location is Awesome next to a popular office restauran (comida corrida ) that has good low cost full meals for breakfast to lunch, god for restaurants all budgets , and conviniance stores open most of the time .

The ac is not working. No room to change . Nobody at the front desk to help till Monday. Nobody to talk to. I want my money back!

This place was obviously older but it was still in decent shape. It had a few things I didn’t like. Poor lighting in the bathroom. The induction stove top didn’t work well and needs replacement. The staff was great. Cleaning was done daily and was excellent. The area is amazing and convenient. Walking distance to Roma Norte, Roma Sur, Juarez, Condessa, Chapultepec Park.

Enough for a couple of nights.

Dirty and noisy

Even though it was hardwood floors, the room felt dusty and it could be from the curtains. Very thin walls and you can hear loud voices outside of the room and dings from the elevator.

Nice place to stay. There is a restaurant rightnext door and many other restaurants nearby. There is a smalll store on the corner. Its close to The Angel de la independencia.
